- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Fedora has been my agent for over 10 years and I have never had an issue. I've filed a homeowner's claim as well as a few cars claims... oops... and they have been nothing but OVER THE TOP professional and helpful!!! They have taken care of my teenage drivers and know them by name. And this office TRULY knows their customers... my grandmother passed, my name wasn't even in the obituary, but yet they took the time to send me a sympathy card. It is rare in this day and age to find a company that takes the time to KNOW YOU and simply doesn't count you as a number or dollar amount.
