  this place should be shut down. After 2 weeks of trying to get an appointment, endless phone calls and driving to the office for an intake. NOTHING HAS HAPPENED! They have lost all my daughters paperwork. Great HIPPA practice there. Front deak clerks totally threatened me. Not one , Not two but three. I could go on and on. I will be reporting to Medical board. I will not stop until they are handled. Look at all the ratings.

  Update: The nurse returned my call to tell me the Dr wasn't in. She called me next day to schedule me an appointment 2 1/2 weeks down the road. She said problems with medication are not urgent. A week later they call to tell me that the nurse who is specifically assigned to this doctor can't remember he is never in the office this particular day she schefuled the appointnent for and they need to reschedule for 2 1/2 weeks later. I complained. Got a return call and all of a sudden there are 3 appointments available tomorrow. REALLY??? Glad we are getting in but ugh. My son is with his 3rd counselor because they can't keep staff. I can leave 4 messages and they never call back. They changed his meds, he is not responding well at all so I leave a message for the "on call clinician " who informs me that she has no medical experience and that her job is to tell people to go to the ER. Now I have to call in Monday and see how long it will take to see a nurse who will then have to talk to the DR and they won't call me back. But when I call they will once again say we must see the Dr.
