- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪We had a terrible experience with this insurance company. They did not return phone calls when promised and appeared irritated when we called for updates. We were left without homeowner insurance for days while they continually assured us we had nothing to worry about and that we should send over a check. Finally, we receive a callback - a voicemail from the agent saying our policy was declined with no explanation.
